A huge congratulations to our 5 junior teams who have made it through to the 2025 Grand Final - what an incredible achievement!
Here’s what’s happening this week:
Thursday Night:
$15 Meals at the Club. Everyone’s invited – players, parents, supporters & coaches. Stick around as all Junior Ins & Outs are read out for the big games!
Sunday – GAME DAY at City Oval!
Come and cheer on our junior stars as they battle it out for premiership glory:
- 8:00am - U/10 Seniors Football v Darley
- 11:45am - 15&U Reserves Netball v East Point
- 2:15pm - 17&U Reserves Netball v Lakers
- 2:50pm - U/16 Reserves Football v Ballarat White
- 3:20pm - 17&U Seniors Netball v East Point

Back at the North Ballarat Sports Club, win, lose or draw, we’ll celebrate the amazing season - and hopefully bring home 5 premiership cups! Let’s get loud, get proud & get behind our juniors!

WELCOME HOME, SAM GLOVER! The North Ballarat community is absolutely thrilled to welcome Sam Glover and his wife Bella back to our club for 2026 and beyond! Sam isn’t just known as a top-quality player – he’s a brilliant clubman and leader whose respect for teammates, supporters, and the game itself sets the standard. Whenever Sam has returned to the club – whether as a spectator or player – he’s shown what being part of the North family is all about. About Sam: 👉🏼 80 VFL games for Collingwood 👉🏼 Collingwood VFL Captain in 2024 & 2025 👉🏼 Named in the VFL Team of the Year Squad in both 2024 & 2025 👉🏼 North Ballarat Junior with 114 games already under his belt across Junior & Senior ranks Sam says: "Really excited to be pulling the boots back on with North next year. Can’t wait to get stuck in with the boys over summer and see how far we can go in 2026 and beyond." We couldn’t be more excited to have Sam back in black & white. What a huge addition to our playing group and club culture!
